The “Adélia Project” is a project to support Positive Parenting and Parental Empowerment, co-financed by the Operational Program formSocial Inclusion and Employment, which is a preventive strategy for the promotion and protection of children’s rights, based on the knowledge of the reality of children and teenagers.
As part of this project, Hub2050 is responsible for the development of the “Social Innovation” axis which mainly comprises the development of an Ideation and Acceleration Program based on the Design Thinking method.
In addition to this program that will take place in 3 cities in the country (in the North, Center and Alentejo) that will benefit CPCJ (Child and Youth Protection Commissions) technicians and other entities responsible for infancy, Hub2050 will also monitor the design and implementation of the National Council of Children and Youth that will involve the participation of 119 people aged 8-17 in the country’s policies.
In addition to other collaborations in the overall development of the Adelia Project, Hub2050 is responsible for coordinating this project’s narrative book.
O Projeto Adélia é um Projeto de apoio à Parentalidade Positiva e à capacitação parental, cofinanciado pelo Programa Operacional Inclusão Social e Emprego, que se assume como uma estratégia preventiva para a promoção e proteção dos direitos da criança, baseada no conhecimento da realidade infanto-juvenil.
No âmbito deste projeto a Hub2050 é responsável pelo desenvolvimento da área “Mais Inovação Social” que compreende principalmente o desenvolvimento de um Programa de Ideação e Aceleração baseado no método de Design Thinking.
Para além deste programa que irá decorrer em 3 cidades do país (no Norte, centro e Alentejo) que irá beneficiar técnicos de CPCJ (Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens) e Entidades com competência em matéria de infância e juventude, a Hub2050 irá ainda acompanhar o desenho e implementação do Conselho Nacional de Crianças e Jovens que irá implicar a participação de 119 pessoas entre os 8 e os 17 anos nas políticas do país.
Para além de outras colaborações no desenvolvimento geral do Projeto Adélia, a Hub2050 é responsável pela coordenação do livro-narrativo deste projeto.
